2/15/10 To Whom It May Concern: Having bought and sold multiple houses in multiple cities, I entered our recent home purchase in Oak Park, Ca. with enough experience to understand the difficulties involved; with often tricky negotiations and piles of paperwork, the process can quickly derail into a mess of personal animosities and missed deadlines. While we have no plans on moving for a long, long time (Ruth found us the perfect house), my wife and I wouldn't hesitate to call Ruth wherr/if the time comes. Your professionalism and attentiveness to each step throughout the process was much appreciated. Your attention to the details always gave me confidence as to when, where and how we were proceeding. From the beginning when all I needed was a quick estimate as to the value of the property, you were there. When it came time to list the property, you guided us on preparing the unit for sale and establishing a realistic price when there really were not any comparable sales in recent months. As part of the services you did for us, you were in regular contact with the management company of the homeowners association and I believe those efforts were instrumental in completing the loan process for the buyer and keeping us in good standing with them. Your experience with and recommendation as to escrow company, title company, and loan broker also kept the process moving in a timely manner. To Whom It May Concern: I started working with Ruth Rose in the late summer of 1993 during my search for my first home.Previously, I had searched through many homes in my price range with many different brokers. Many of the other brokers didn't take notice of my tastes and preferences and therefore, I was not able to find a home and complete a purchase. Two months after working with Ruth, we found a townhome and I closed escrow on Dec. 13, 1993. The list price on the house was $199,000. Ruth did a great job of negotiating with the seller's broker and I purchased it for $170,000. I lived there from 1993 until August 1997. Since then, my wife and I have worked only with Ruth and she has sold two and helped us purchase another two properties including the two we have in escrow now (5 transactions total).
In my professional career, I have not seen anyone in any industry work with the intensitiy, diligence and professionalism as Ruth Rose. We always worked very well together and she always made it appear that we were her only clients. She does not stop working until she either finds you a house or sells your house. She is in constant contact with the other brokers and escrow companies to insure that everything moves along quickly and accurately. In addition, she has a broad understanding of both the Real Estate and Mortgage markets and is a very good negotiator. We have been very satisfied with her as an agent on every transaction.
Since I started buying and selling property, the total dollar volume of all 5 of my Real Estate transactions is approximately $2,284,000. We can't imagine working with any other agent and will continue to recommend Ruth to others.
